This was the last exercise in a very challenging workout. The weight was first set at 120 lbs., but that wasnt enough of a challenge for these two. So, I adjusted the weight up to 150 lbs. which was a pretty good challenge. We always finish the workout with a bang, so 50lbs were added, equaling a total of 200lbs.
