Joanne is an inspiration! She has done a complete 180 with her lifestyles. Along with many other accomplishments, Joanne has lost over 65 pounds by participating in my group classes 3 - 4 days per week and by learning how to eat properly.
Joanne is one of the most determined people I know, and the results speak for themselves.
