Donna has been personal training with me for over 3 years now. She has been loyal to her training schedule and has pushed herself through all of the tough workouts along the way. She has checked off a lot of goals over the past year, and she isn't done yet.
Donna is a perfect example of what is possible with hard work and focus. She is a 5th degree black belt karate teacher, has a masters degree and continues to set new goals for her set. Keep up the good work Donna!
