At ALIGNED we specialize in body mechanics and common physical imbalances. We look for subtle or major imbalances + then guide you through a series of therapeutic movements that will have you moving well and feeling your best!

THERAPEUTICS

Mobility Therapeutic sessions are for clients working with chronic pain or looking for one-on-one focus to help improve movements + enhance posture.

STRETCH

THERAPY

Table-based movements that are designed to increase range of motion (ROM), while releasing tension + restrictions. We look for any compensatory patterns + work to create balance.

YOGA

FUNDAMENTALS

Work one-on-one to learn the basics of yoga and explore movements that are suitable for your body. Create a sense of ease as you move between postures + connect to your breath.

We wanted to share some exciting news with our Aligned Services community!

Our beloved provider Kristen is heading off on maternity leave to welcome a sweet new addition to the family! 🎉👶 Because of this, we will be temporarily pausing our Aligned Services.

We know how much you all love these sessions, and we’re already counting down the days until we can bring them back (and maybe a little sleep-deprived but glowing with new-mom energy).

In the meantime, we encourage you to keep moving with our other amazing services and training programs at Easton Fitness. Your strength, alignment, and consistency inspire us every day!
