Start off with 3
Take advantage of our Intro Personal Training Package of 3 sessions for $75.00. These 3
sessions will give you the opportunity to work with us and determine if Easton Fitness is right for you. This intro also provides us the opportunity to assess your exercise capabilities so that we understand how to design and implement an exercise program to help you achieve your health and fitness goals.
Following your introductory sessions, we will apply our assessments towards the strategies that we employ in order to helping you immediately begin the progression towards a healthier more fit you.
