Fitness Challenge : 3 Part BW Circuit


Looking for a challenge tonight? Even if you cant get to the gym, you can still get a great workout! Follow Tanya through this body weight circuit routine for a great full body workout. Good Luck!

3 Part Body Weight Circuit

(3,6,9,12) x 3 rounds

This circuit has a total of 4 rounds, with each round increasing in difficulty by 3 reps. Repeat this circuit three times for a simple but great body weight workout.

Example:

  • 1st Round = 3 reps of everything

  • 2nd Round = 6 reps of everything

  1. Mountain Climbers (double reps, 6,12,18,24)

  2. Pushups

  3. Squats
