3 Part Body Weight Circuit
(3,6,9,12) x 3 rounds
This circuit has a total of 4 rounds, with each round increasing in difficulty by 3 reps. Repeat this circuit three times for a simple but great body weight workout.
1st Round = 3 reps of everything
2nd Round = 6 reps of everything
