1) Brown or White Rice
2) Fresh Avocado
3) Fresh Cherry Tomatoes
The shrimp was sauteed in a pan with 1/2 tbl spoon of olive oil and 1 clove of fresh garlic. Refer to the "How To Cook : Stuffed Peppers" for instructions on steaming the rice.
