All of our equipment has been appropriately spaced in order to comply with the State of Massachusetts protocols.

Please wear your face covering upon entering the gym.

All cardio equipment has been spaced at least 6' apart with custom protective screens between. This configuration allows for a face covering optional cardio experience.

All selectorized strength equipment has been spaced at least 6' apart without protective screens. Because of this, we are requiring face coverings in this section when 14' social distancing is not possible.

Our free weight section has been reconfigured to provide 14' distances between equipment. This section of the gym is face-covering optional as long as 14' social distancing is possible.

sanitation rules & schedule

We have equipped our facility with many hand sanitizer stations.

We require that you sanitize your hands as soon as you enter the gym.

We require that all equipment must be sanitized before and after each use.
